For those not familiar with Venice, it has been a major beach resort since 1905 when Abbott Kinney developed it as the “Venice of America” complete with canals and gondolas.  In recent years, it has become a Mecca for members of the film and television community including writers, directors, and (Yes) actresses.  They are proud to be a part of this  laid-back community, but still have access to the very latest in cutting-edge shops and restaurants. Our property is only a short distance from some of Venice's most outstanding icons.
